  1. Dear roz,
    Just returned from a 12 day trip to yunnan and had a foodies delight. I had a meal that featured chestnuts and ginkgo nuts in a bamboo restuarant close to the grand park hotel in kunming and then an equally delicious meal at dali that featured walnuts and ginkgo nuts. Do you have recipes for either.?

    I look forward to your Yunnan cookbook. When is it due out?

    • Yes, China is definitely a foodies delight. Thanks for enjoying my recipes!

      I do have a recipe for ginkgo nuts and will dig it out and post it. I am working away at my Yunnan cookbook which should take a few more months to epublish. I returned to Toronto in May for a visit and will return to China next week and get back to that work. I will keep you updated on the progress of the cookbook.
